Would not recommend. Representation started very well and soon went dramatically wrong. Paperwork was not filed, was never notified of scheduled hearings. I was only represented for one hearing and paid $4000.00 retainer. James did have health issues that was understandable. I waited for months to receive billable hours to try and justify the retainer.
