James McDaniel has practiced law since 2003, representing individuals and families through difficult legal and financial circumstances.
James graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002. His work has concentrated on criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law and civil litigation, with additional representation involving landlord–tenant matters and contracts.
Based in Somersworth, New Hampshire, James represents clients throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. He is also licensed to practice in Michigan.
